MRT Mendoza's Roofing of The Triad

6 months ago they completed my roof and painted my shutters. The shutters were splotchy due to them spraying them. I asked that they come repaint them after sending photos. He said absolutely and apologized. It’s been 6 months. I would text every 3-4 weeks to set up a time. I was very patient and understanding. As of the last 2 months he will no longer respond to me. It’s very unfortunate that a small fix could not be settled. 2 weeks ago I said if you can just paint them, I will not leave a negative review, all will be well. Still no response. My shutters look worse than they did before. I hate that I’m having to write this review.

Mendoza Roofing did a great job on our roof! The commutation was great and ever step was talked about before it happened. Very professional people, but also it felt like they have known you forever - like family. We have already had tons of compliments on our roof. I will refer them to anyone needing a roof!! We had a wonderful experience with MRT Mendoza’s Roofing. They were able to replace a roof, install new guttering and gutter guards. They did a fantastic job!
