We were referred to this company for their maintenance plan. We signed up and had our first service for the AC. After it was completed, I felt like I had fallen in the upsell department. It was unbelievable how much this guy tried to sell. When I would counter with one, he would move on to the next. I have a friend who is retired AC and asked him about the recommendations. He stated he wouldn't do any of them. Fast forward to 3 weeks ago. We received a text telling us it was time to set up a plumbing inspection. My technician today, Niko Cartagena was extremely knowledgeable. He was on time, very thorough, professional and kind. He went the extra mile to communicate a few issues that needed attention. He laid out recommendations, solutions and cost which were to my satisfaction. He did not rush, he completed the job expertly and he deserves this 5 star rating for going above and beyond.
