Saadeh and his team were life savers. We had a frozen water pipe burst that flooded part of our home and also knocked out our water heater. They showed up quickly and repaired the pipe and replaced the water heater in no time. Most importantly, Saadeh and his team were professional, respectful and courteous, leaving the worksite cleaner than they found it. I highly recommend their services.

My heater/hot water heater has a gas leak at the beginning of the very cold streak. My plumber did not do the job after coming to look because he was too busy. I was lucky enough to find M&S. He came out immediately (at night) to help us when he is not even my regular plumber. I have a Navien and they are not the easiest people to work with. Saadeh went above and beyond to make sure we got heat and hot water back as soon as possible. I am so grateful to him for his help and he will certainly be my plumber from now on. I highly recommend him to everyone.

Saadeh and his crew showed up on time. They did the requested home a/c change at a price which we were comfortable with and the quality of work was excellent. I had a great experience with these guys. They came out the same day to fix the AC at my business. They kept in contact the whole time, and gave me fair pricing. They also sent pictures of what was going on with the unit which I really appreciated. I will definitely use them again.
