Ms. Tish Appliance Wish

I wanted someone to look at my fridge, and I'm so glad I called Ms. Tish!! She was easy to schedule with, showed up exactly when she said she would, and was an absolute pro. I could only give her a very vague description of what my fridge had done, because (of course) it decided to behave perfectly while she was here. She listened, immediately knew what the issue was, and had it fixed in no time. She was polite, professional, and incredibly efficient. She cleaned everything up so well that you couldn't tell she’d been here except that the fridge was fixed :) And her rates were more than reasonable, which was a welcome surprise. It’s clear she knows her stuff and takes pride in her work. She’ll definitely be the first person I call for any appliance issues in the future. Highly recommend

Tish is amazing! She is efficient, courteous, and so knowledgeable. She came out to my house, ran diagnostics on my disgruntled-sounding washing machine, and ordered the part to repair. She came back within three days to fix the washer which now sounds much happier to do its job. She is quick, explains everything, gives you an estimate up front, and stands behind her work. She will be my friend first call for any future appliance issues. Highly recommend!

Ms. Tish and her associate did a wonderful job repairing our Samsung electric dryer heating issue. Our call came on a Saturday and they were able to diagnose and fix the issue same day. My refrigerator died conveniently right before a snow when I was expecting to be at home for an extended period. I reached out to Ms Tish, she quickly responded. I had a 15 year old fridge so I expected I might have to buy a new one. However she said send her the serial number and she would be prepared for the appointment. She showed up in the time period she stated and brought the part needed and repaired on the spot this went far and above my expectations. Highly recommend! I will definitely be using her for all my appliance repairs moving forward. Thank you Ms Tish!!!!
