Some of the most disrespectful and nasty staff I've ever met. DO not come here, the woman named Vanessa who attempted to help me was incredibly rude. Please take your business else where you do not want the misfortune of meeting these people, especially her. She was truly one of the most vile people i have met in all my years and i can not believe i was treated so awfully. I will never recommend this business to anyone. Would NOT waste your money here. I will be taking my hard earned money to another location, this was ABSOLUTELY unacceptable treatment.

I came into MSI today with my sister to pick up two countertop samples for my mother. Unfortunately, our experience with one of the employees, Michelle, was very disappointing and uncomfortable. When we asked for samples, Michelle immediately told us (without checking) that samples were not offered. This was confusing, as I had been in the store just last week and was given a sample without any issue. She then briefly checked the back and again stated that there were none available. Only after she asked one of the male employees, who confirmed that samples were in stock, were the samples retrieved for us. The entire interaction felt unnecessarily dismissive, and it came across as though she was unwilling to help us from the moment we entered the store. Both my sister and I felt an immediat

I visited all three of the "slab" showrooms in the area. MSI was by far the best service and selection. The csr walked with me to different slabs based on what I my interested, provide suggestions, and then was able to send the info over to my fabricator that same day. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. It was by far my best experience all day. Thank you Venessa for the excellent service.

Samantha greeted us as we entered the building. I was a bit blown away by the displays, but she took time to explain layouts and products. She never made her own suggestions, but was very helpful with any question we had about one color or product vs another. Super friendly! We walked out feeling great about our initial plans.....let's hope it all goes so well for our remodel

The power supply I got from is amazing never had any issues with it and I’ll buy all my stuff through msi from now on.
