Above and beyond on service and professionalism! Gee gee even pulled Slabs for us that weren’t on the floor and got us samples of everything. Outstanding service! Highly recommend asking for GeeGee!

We came in looking for flooring, tile and countertops. Jess was beyond helpful and gave us so many great suggestions. She had them pull multiple slabs and made sure we were sent home with the samples we were interested in. We are excited to work with her on this project and more in the future!

Jess was incredibly personable and efficiently introduced me to the showroom and helped me narrow down options. She was my advocate to get quotes from fabricators under a deadline. The showroom itself is very accessible and had tons of quartz slabs to choose from (I live in an area where there are no quartz showrooms, so I drove 2 hours to see them in person). I went to 4 other warehouses that day, and theirs was the most "alive" and unawkward.

MSI Charlotte should be your first stop when looking for countertops, and will likely be your last. Not only do they have the largest selection, with actual slabs, but the entire experience was top notch from start to finish. We worked with Ms. Amy, she was very helpful, patient (especially appreciated with 3 kids going nuts), and answered all our questions. They send the material directly to the fabricators so that’s a big help. Seriously this place rocks.

Everyone at MSI is accommodating and goes above and beyond to insure their customers are satisfied. Jess made my kids feel so welcome they didn't want to leave. She pulled multiple slabs to make sure I saw everything needed to make my decision. Great experience!
