Beautiful showroom with a wide variety of options! This is our third home remodel using MSI products, and we always receive so many compliments at our house! We find it challenging ( in a good way) to choose a final product because of the variety, you won’t be disappointed! Great customer service! We have recommended MSI to several friends, one just picked products for their kitchen and bathroom for a remodel

Came back here to update my review now that we have MSI Calacatta Miraggio Cove slabs in our new kitchen. They look amazing!! We looked at a lot of different slabs, from marble to quartzite to quartz and we are SO happy with our decision. Yes they are expensive but they are such amazing quality. Truly dreamy to look at and so realistic looking compared to other quartz options. They have so much depth and look so natural. So so stunning. Although MSI international was difficult to work with as far as getting our contractor/fabricator in their system to be able to purchase the slabs, it was worth the wait. Couldn’t be happier with the product, just wish their approval process was a bit quicker.

Ann and the team did a phenomenal job helping us! They guided us through the entire process and answered all of our questions. Ann went above and beyond to move slabs so we could see the actual selection we would go home with and I was sold. Seeing all the slabs just showed the beauty of them so much more. I was sold! If the slabs weren’t enough, Ann is the reason I would choose MSI again. Thank you Ann and the other young ladies who helped us at MSI!

I had a great experience at MSI Houston! The showroom is beautiful and well-organized, with a huge selection of tile, countertops, and flooring options. They took the time to understand the look I was going for and helped me find the perfect tile and for our home. The selection is incredible, and the showroom made it easy to visualize everything. The staff was knowledgeable and patient. Their customer service made the entire process smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality materials and expert guidance!
