Lorena was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the quartz I was considering for countertops. She also offered design advice for an adjacent hallway where I wanted to save an existing marble tile. Will definitely return to see her, and recommend her services.

“Unresolved Quality Issues and Poor Customer Service - Not Recommended” I hired MSI for quartz countertop fabrication just over a year ago, and my experience has been disappointing. At installation, I noticed irregular spots on the countertop. When I raised concerns, I was told this was normal. After observing similar countertops over time, I now believe my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed honestly. Recently, a crack appeared in the countertop. I contacted both MSI and their installation partner, but each redirected blame to the other. Ultimately, neither took responsibility, and I was left without support or resolution.
