I highly recommend going here for your countertops! Crystal was so helpful to me, she knew right where to find the quartz I was looking for in the showroom and held samples so I could take photos. She also offered to have them pull a slab for me to see, despite the fact that I did not have an appointment. I was given 2 samples so I could take them home to have a larger view of the pattern. Fantastic service!

Really nice selection of materials to choose from. Was greeted at the desk by Debra and she pointed us to the correct line of materials and then left us to wander and talk at our own pace -- which was much appreciated. Once we picked what we wanted, she did all the paperwork very quickly. Very easy experience on a major purchase.

I have never had a kitchen built for me before and visiting MSI might be the most memorable part of the experience in only the best way. The gentleman who helped me first walked me into the area with the big stone slabs. He explained just enough that I wasn't overwhelmed with information but I knew a bit about my choices, then he left me alone to browse. I can't explain the wonder of seeing huge slabs of stone and being set loose to select the one I plan to live with for hopefully at least 20 years. I wasn't looking at samples; I was selecting the actual huge slab(s) that would be in my kitchen. I think he left me alone for about 20 minutes as I wandered up and down the aisles. At first, I wasn't sure that somebody with no experience should be making this big a decision. As I kept looking

Absolutely wonderful visit! We came on Sat 9am, and it was not busy until 10am. We had MSI team show us around, and they let us explore on our leisure. MSI materials have QR codes next to them where you can scan and easily keep a running digital list of your favorites. The slab room was super helpful to see the slabs in a larger view.

Lauren was extremely helpful on my list visit to the showroom. She even saved me from ordering the wrong color slabs for a customer! She asked all the right questions and did not give up researching until we reached the slab color that the end consumer actually wanted.
