Kelly is very honest and stands by her work. She named a price to look at my vacuum cleaner and when I went to pick it up she charged less as she stated she fixed it easier than she thought. A few months later I went to her again with an unrelated issue. Again she diagnosed the issue had it working perfectly. Definitely recommend her and will always share my experiences- thank you Kelly!

Kelly is amazing to work with. She is very knowledgeable in small appliance repair and is always focused on her customers. She has great customer service and a great attitude. She also has a quick turn around time if she does not have a part in stock.

Kelly is amazing!! We took our microwave to her on Monday and picked it up the next day!! It’s working like a charm! She is extremely responsible, very reasonable, honest and kind! What more can you ask for!!! There is no need to look any further if you need a microwave or vacuum fixed!

Service with a smile! Dropped off a vacuum for cleaning and repair, but sadly was too far gone. They were kind enough NOT to charge me for the initial inspection, and sold me a replacement (and an upgraded version!!!) at a great price! I’m very happy with Ms. microwave and will definitely use them again in the future!
