MSP Moving

I moved from Minnesota to Texas in July. When I called for a quote, I initially got a broker- New Start Relocation. Do NOT use them. They lied about virtually everything. The move cost me $2500 to New Start and $5303 to HGME who did the actual moving. New Start sent Joel and his team from HGME as the movers to pick up my belongings. Huge blessing there. I was overwhelmed and anxious. First time I have ever used a moving company. Joel and his two helpers were extremely kind, patient, honest, efficient, and professional. They went out of their way to reduce an already stressful day by packing my belongings with care and treating me with honor. I can't say enough good about them. Great great company. I had about 10-12 companies bid on job and they were by far the lowest. I was a bit apprehensive about using them because of this but they totally exceeded ALL my expectations; and by a lot. They both packed, delivered and unpacked extremely effectively and efficiently. I received my belongings very quickly for moving over 1,500 miles. Nothing broke or was misplaced. Do NOT do business with these people. I was working with MSP and thought they were the best company to move me out-of-state. I trusted these people. They sent someone out to do a physical inventory and the man they sent was very professional. However, after the visit, I needed an adjustment due to adding some wardrobe boxes. I asked representative Gianna several times for an updated quote but I never received any updates and she stopped communicating with me. I had the down payment ready but I needed to be sure everything was legit. I’ve tried for days to contact Gianna but she refuses to answer. Easy to work with and professional from start to finish. Customer service did a great job helping with the estimate and accommodating a schedule change just a couple days out. Movers were professional, friendly, careful with everything, and very efficient which ended up saving money off the estimate. Will use again for any future moves.

This was a great service! It was my first time doing a longs distance move so I was a bit never but everything went smoothly and quickly. The guys were super professional and very nice. I would highly recommend!
