I have nothing but great things to say about Bill, Paul, and the MSR crews. Bill and Paul were excellent in terms explaining the project and work to be done, communication during and after the work, and answering any and all questions along the way. The crews that came out over two days were extremely hardworking, competent, and respectful of our home. Thanks again to Bill and the MSR team!

Bill the owner and his Team have to be the most HUMBLE, HONEST, and truly sincere company I have ever dealt with . They helped my daughter with insulating her Crawl space in her first home . I have never met a coming that does not try to upcharge their customers ! Bill is the most friendly and caring business owner ! I would refer him and his Crew 1000% always ! We called MSR because of a mold issue in our attic on a home inspection report. Bill, the owner, came over to look at the attic and explained what he thought was going on, why it happened and how he planned to rectify/remediate the situation. He was very clear in what was needed and what was not needed. He gave us a couple of options as well as his recommendation on these options. I really appreciated his explanations - he was super nice and easy to talk to. The estimate was very reasonable. His crew came out and finished the job in a half a day. They did a great job - the attic looks so much better and free of mold. The best thing is they offer a 3-year transferable warranty which we will give to the new homeowner. I highly recommend Bill and MSR Restoration.

This company was great and came out when I tried all I could do to take care of my issue. After a bunch of cancels from other companies and getting the run around. Bill came out and was very knowledgeable and honest and fair. They did great work and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any type of restoration done to their property.
