08-23-2023 Edit: The company owner was in touch with me and explained that a variety of factors may have led to the deterioration which may have been out of the control of their company. He inspected the tile and had a worker out within a week to remedy the work at no charge as they have a 10-year warranty on their workmanship. So far it's looking good and appears to be rectified as well as can be. He admitted they were short-handed and it took a bit to get back to me.
