One of the absolute beauties in this area. Trail starts in forest and shaded area with large nice paths, eventually up through rocky areas all the way to the lookout. Went during fall and every corner was amazing and colorful. The sunset was serene over the horizon. Be sure to carry a headlamp if you’re going to see sunset. It’s worth the climb!

Not an easy hike but well worth the view, check weather conditions before going and be prepared, know your limits

One of my favourite hikes in WA state- about 1,5 h drive from Seattle and less than 1 hour one way. It’s a medium-hard hike, with steep incline and some boulders at the end. Climbing over large boulders to reach the tower can be tricky and even dangerous, so I wouldn’t recommend it for beginners, kids, or dogs. But once you make it to the top, the 360° views are absolutely magical. It’s a challenging trek, but totally worth the effort if you're prepared!

Went there a week ago .Such a stunning place! The trail near the top still had some snow, and once you get closer to the lookout, it gets super rocky and honestly kind of dangerous. I wouldn’t recommend it for beginners, kids, or dogs — climbing over those huge boulders to reach the tower is tough. But once you’re up there the view is absolutely worth it. Magical!

Relatively easy hike, just find a pace that suits and in 20-30 mins you will emerge from the shaded trail and forest unto a clearing up top. Here you see the tower rise in front of you. You can climb up to just below the highest point where there are Stellar views and vast mountain tops all around. What? Why can't you go all the way to the top of the tower? That apparently is an enclosed space that is locked down. I guess you can rent the crows nest out for only 75 bucks a night. This is what a fellow hiker said. I may have to look in to that! Check it out and happy trails!
