Mt Pleasant Heating Air Conditioning and plumbing.

We paid Rich to put in a new furnace during January of 2024 and when he was replacing that we made plans for him to come put in a new AC unit as well. I told him that cats was getting thru the vents from under our modular home and he said that he would replace that when he does the AC unit. Well he had one of his employees hook it up. After they finished it was in the 50s. Well when it hit the 60s I set it to 70 and it wouldn't even keep up. Called him and he came and messed with the furnace not the ac and said that it was blowing colder. Mind you he came on a 50 degree day. Well still wouldn't keep up so he asked me to reach under the house and see if it was cold. It was in fact. He said that I should be able to tape it up. Excellent service. Furnace stopped working on a Saturday morning. Most places were closed. I called Mt Pleasant Heating, Air Conditioning, and Plumbing. The temperature in my house was 50 degrees and dropping. Sam came right out diagnosed problem and had to go get a new blower motor. Returned with new motor and installed it right away. Super fast, super friendly and very supportive. Again just amazing service. I will recommend them to all my family and friends.

Great service and wonderful support! Sam was timely, knowledgeable, and very friendly! Texted me after the work was done to double check my satisfaction, then came back AT NO CHARGE - not to fix a "real" issue but just to improve the water pressure in my shower - which he did!! Great experience and 100% recommend, will definitely be using for any future needs!!

Had Mt Pleasant Heating Air Conditioning do a warranty repair on my water heater in September 2022 parts were under warranty but I had to pay for labor. 2 years later they try telling me that I didn't pay my invoice, but when I tell them that I have proof from my bank that I already paid that amount they tell me sorry must have been a mistake. They just tried to bill me twice for one job. Beware.
