MTB has been my HVAC go-to for 4 years! I’ve only needed seasonal maintenance and a minor repair so far, however, I appreciate the level of detail the technician shares about my equipment and its health. I know that if I had major repairs or needed to replace a unit, they’d be there for me. Craig has been our guy for most visits, and my dog sure loves when he comes!

Josh Newell was our Home Comfort Advisor, and he did an excellent job explaining all of our options in a professional and friendly manner. In addition to MTB's strong reputation, the customer care that Josh provided is one of the main reasons we selected MTB to install 2 additional airducts in our sunroom! We were so happy with the MTB team! Our HVAC system died during the recent cold weather. MTB was able to schedule an appointment for us the next day to check our system and then schedule to replace our HVAC system for a very reasonable price quickly. I am so relieved that the MTB Mechanical team got someone out to check my furnace on the same day I called. Otherwise we’d be without heat during the snow storm. The mechanic was thorough and transparent about the issue. There’s nothing better than doing business with an honest company. I’d recommend them for sure.
