I don't like leaving negative reviews and very rarely do. I usually try to give small businesses the benefit of the doubt - but this company's poor customer service and lack of follow up really wasted my time. I had an initial phone conversation with them about electrical work I needed done, describing it in detail. He asked me to provide pictures via text message, which I did, and he promised to fit me into his schedule the following week. Next week came and went, and no one reached out. 2 weeks later he suddenly leaves a voicemail looking for someone else about a completely different job. I am nice enough to call back to let him know he got the wrong person, so he can reconnect with the right person, and reminded him I was still waiting to be scheduled myself. We recently had MTG install a ceiling fan in our living room with cathedral ceilings and they were fantastic! They were friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. They even changed our lightbulbs that needed changing on the ceiling since they are clearly out of reach for us. Highly recommend the company and their employees for a seamless and positive experience.
