Mts Installations

This is my worst experience with any vendor. We were given an installation date of December 17, 2024. Our shutters are yet to be delivered. The main living room door’s frame was lost and they didn’t figure that out until they came in January. We are still on it for over three months now. The most puzzling thing is the ease and manner in which they call you up only few hours to the appointment time to give a reason the installation wouldn’t hold. I regret using this company and will NEVER recommend them to anyone. The quality of the shutters are also questionable. The installation scheduled for today, 02/22/2025 has failed again. Installer came, dropped off some items and said that he forgot a box and would be back in an hour’s time. Attached herewith are correspondence between the company
