Mud Island Garage

Watch out parking here. No signs anywhere saying you have to pay or how much. Pulled into a spot and seconds after I parked someone was at my window demanding I pay or leave. I told the guy to back away from my car and I drove off. Very sketchy.

Beware parking here. Overzealous parking attendants ready to boot and ticket your car if your pay is not exactly right. On 12-19-2022, multiple cars in this garage were vandalized. Where were the parking attendants that day?

Disabled Vet here..No signs posted stating prices....THEY DO NOT ACCEPT CASH!!! I looked for someone to pay for 10 minutes and finally went to city hall for about 10 minutes. Came back and an attendant (appeared out of no where) was sitting next to my truck and had placed a boot on the wheel. Held my truck hostage until I got someone at home with a credit card to give me the cc numbers and paid the $50 ransom!! If you cannot text, don't carry a credit card, you are screwed... the attendant will boot your vehicle.

Place needs to be reported. Had to park there for jury duty and it was traumatizingly disgusting in there. Human feces all over the steps , urine, and rotting food everywhere. It needs to be condemned!!!!!

We vacationed in Memphis, we visited Mud Island....when we returned home we had an invoice for $50.00 for failure to pay. The only sign we saw when entering the Mud Island Parking Lot was one that said Public Parking. No signage when entering the lot to explain that there is a fee or how to pay. Premium Parking (the company the invoice came from) is sooo not helpful. I have been in contact with them to try to get this taken care of and here we are a month and a half later still trying.
