Mueller did an excellent job of installing our home generator. Very professional and easy to work with. Eric is very knowledgeable about the products he installs and was good at explaining how the system works. Highly recommend for any home electrical work.

Called for a Generac tech, who came out and told me what was needed. Was told part was ordered, I called a week later checking on it, I was given the run around for 3 weeks, being told it was ordered. 3 months later, still no part, was once again told it was ordered and given a date it would be in and that they would be here on a certain day, guess what? No part! Would not recommend their service!!

Eric came down after our power was out on his way back to Kentucky and found the Natural Gas knob on the engine was on but not the propane. On the dashboard it was set up for propane. He ran through the system for 20 min with several different loads and showed me some items not shown during the install. Very professional and called before he got there and that morning earlier to let us know he would be there no matter what. Great service!

A tree limb fell and not only my power line came down but it almost ripped my meter off the house. It was almost 4:00pm when it happened so I knew it wasn't getting done that day. It was going to be the next morning. They agreed but offered to find someone to come out ASAP. I could wait and I'm glad we did. It was hot and even though my house is well insulated, I got a room for the night. They called early the next day to ask if we still needed them to do this job. 7:00am. They were on site and had it fixed in hours. They did the job and replaced what was broken, had it inspected, and called the electric company for them to do their part. 30 minutes later they were here. 30 minutes after that we had power. Work like this is not inexpensive, but it was less than what I first thought it wo

Bought a Generac. Everything from sales, to explanation and operating instructions, to installation were professional and courteous. They have been timely with responses to any concerns we have had. Would recommend using them for any of your electrical needs.
