Mulligan's

If I could leave a negative star review, I would. We were forced to work with Mulligans through our builder. Mulligans came to install our sprinkler system unannounced. On top of that, they put the main water line running to our zone box next to a tree. Im sure that will lead to problems down the road. They also installed several trees on our street, most of which, are almost dead after a year. My neighbor dug his up and found the bag still around the roots. My irrigation system that they installed also shoots over the sidewalk ar head height. Avoid this company at all costs.

They hit my internet cable. The foreman blamed the locator but just kept going. I don’t think they were even operating on a locate ticket. The internet company ran an above ground line and they ran that over with the plow as well. Guys- I shouldn’t have to say this but driving a 10000lb plow over and above ground and flagged fiber cable is going to break it. I work from home and have been without internet for 4 days. Completely unacceptable

0/10 recommend. We are forced to work with these people because that’s who our builder contracted with but I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Allegedly sent an email about install of irrigation system. Never got one. They came late to install irrigation system, sliced the internet line (so had to call a tech out to fix that), workers argued with us, their boss was rude. Was told some Dan was someone I could contact about all this so sent him an email. Never responded. Lady that answers the phone at the office won’t give you any contact numbers. Awful customer service!!! This company needs to take an eduction course on customer service. Again, 0/10 recommend.

They really did bad job and when you complain they’ll just say “it’s your responsibility” or “You should call earlier.” I will not recommend to anyone to have business with them !!
