If I was able to I would give this business negative stars! My husband and I signed a contract with Mark on June 1, 2025 for a new roof on our house and our small cottage. Mark requested a deposit of 10,000 for supplies. My husband wrote a check on June 4, 2025 for 10,000. Mark deposited this check on June 5, 2025. Mark was scheduled to start the work the third or fourth week of June. On June 10, Mark texted me he would start the job on June 23rd. On June 23rd I received a text from Mark that it was too hot to get started on the work. I continued to go back and forth on his start date. On July 1st I texted Mark on the start date. He said the day after tomorrow. Now it’s July 28th Mark lets me know he had an issue with his last job so he cannot start our roof. Then he told me he used our 10

Very bad experience. Mark took money as a deposit and then never did the work even after 3 months of having the money. And then he never paid the money back. Then he stopped responding to messages and calls as I tried to get my money back.

Mark Mullin is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He did an exceptional job siding our cottage! His prices are competitive and he returns phone calls!

Did a terrific job on our beach cottage roof. Smart, quick to be on site, great workers. He’s reasonable, thorough and true to his word. A cut above his competition. Recommend highly.
