Erik was very polite & knowledgeable when helping me choose the A/C unit that was right for my family & I. The Multipoint AC & Heating team was very professional and quick when installing the system in my home as well. I had not issues at all and it was also a great price highly recommend!

I wish I could give 6 stars!! I'm really impressed by the level of professionalism, respect, and overall service of this company. From the moment I called to get a quote, to the technician visit to estimate the job, to the actual install, the crew has been outstanding - honest, efficient, communicative, punctual... and on top of that, with very competitive prices. I highly recommend them!

Eric answered everytime, he was thorough in his explanation and I feel he was honest. When installing the AC unit the ladder to the attic broke. He let me know right away and came back to fix it. He did not accept payment until AC was in place and ladder was replaced. I decided to replace the AC. Eric was not able to replace it till the next day so he brought window units for the renters to be comfortable in the meantime. He did not charge extra for the new ladder or window units. The repair, transaction and dealings with Eric were hassle free. I would definitely recommend him and use him again.

We had issues with our AC unit on the second floor. Eric came in the same day and took care of it the same day. Very knowledgeable and responsive. Highly recommend!

Hello, my name is Vincent Usher They overcharged my grandmother. They ripped her off. I believe the gentleman name was Erik he even stole my grandfather’s Milwaukee tools out of the garage charging us a ridiculous amount of money my grandmother has Alzheimer’s, so she would keep forgetting That she paid him she overpaid him by $1200 He is a scammer and a fraud and they’re probably going to delete this review Please save your money and go with other people
