MultiStone | Custom Stone Countertops

We ordered kitchen counters through Home Depot who works with Multistone in Savannah GA. Hillary worked with us and was very competent. We ordered stilestone which is a quartz product, very sturdy and durable yet affordable. The schedule to install went as planned. The four guys who came to install were efficient, pleasant and cleaned up. We are very happy with this home improvement.

Great company! We went through Home Depot and they had them do our countertops. Great service and Hillary kept us updated on everything!!! The guy who measured the counters was very professional and polite and the crew who came out to install was professional and polite (even interacted with our 3 year old who kept waving at them) they do clean up after themselves and all! Great company no bad dealings at all. Highly recommend them for your projects!

**Hopefully these issues will be fixed, review may be amended at a later date ** They go out of their way to make scheduling difficult. I was assured that the big ugly spot will not be in the counter, since it would be easy to cut around that with as little countertop surface as is needed for my kitchen. After spending $2400 of course the ugly spot is still present. Rotating the stone by 180 degrees would have eliminated the spot. The sink is also off centered on the cabinet, about 1/8 of an inch off. They also keep pushing a waiver to look ant the stone, which send red flags. I already had to reject one counter, because it looked nothing like the sample in the store. Avoid this company whenever possible. Installers were nice and fast though.

I have used Multistone twice through Home Depot, great experience on both occasions. Recently, I contracted with them directly to temporarily move and then reinstall a rather large island for a flooring job. They did a very professional job, workers were clean and courteous. They showed up with enough people and tools to do the job safety and correctly. The office staff communicated well on scheduling. This is a great company.

I was very pleased to work with Hilary at Multistone and I highly recommend this company! She was incredibly helpful in a cumbersome, complicated renovation project. Hilary helped keep the project moving and on course and I couldn't be more grateful. The beautiful Etude products I ordered were delivered in a timely fashion and in exactly the dimensions that were needed. Thanks Hilary!!
