Muma junk and moving company

I hired Muma on two separate occasions to pick up and deliver 50 sheets of drywall for my basement. Muma was on time, and he and his crew safely delivered the materials. Since then, I've hired him three more times to haul away flood-damaged flooring and to deliver nearly 4,000 lbs of ceramic tile. Muma is dependable, his pricing is fair, and his work ethic is solid. I will definitely hire him again and highly recommend his services.

Muma junk was fast to respond, professional, kind, and understanding. They took out trash from a house that no one had lived in for over 8 months, and under renovation. I will definitely and strongly consider them for more projects. I worked with them while out of state. They are highly recommend!

After submitting a request for bulk trash pickup services Muma contacted me to schedule a home visit so he could see what items I needed removed. When he arrived he took inventory and provided a quote for the service. His quote was reasonable and he was very transparent about the costs for services. He was even willing to work within my budget and I really appreciated that. When he arrived at my home to remove the bulk items he was on time and the service was fast. It took less than an hour. I would not recommend to anyone. I should have followed my gut when I first spoke to Muma. He changed the price and I still proceeded to book him for my move. First he when I told him that the moved time was 8 he was then “late”. Then 20 minutes later he called and claimed that his truck was broken down. He refused to answer my call as I simply wanted to know if I should book another moving company. Finally he texted back nonchalantly and told me to find someone else. This was the worst experience from a moving company ever!!! I wouldn’t refer him to my worst friend enemy, if I could rate 0 stars I definitely would!!!
