Customer service is great. They've gone the extra mile since the pandemic started to keep everyone safe and still maintain the same service level. Nice new sales counter but guys like Ken and JD are still the advantage that this branch has over the others. Munch's stocks everything that's needed for quality HVAC installation and service.

I use Munch's daily. They have an incredible selection of metal and fittings. Great refrigerant prices. I will say, make sure you triple check will call orders. In a 6 day period, we lost several thousand in labor hours and crane overages because a curb for a new 10 ton RTU was not in their truck! Other than really needing to double check will call pick ups, they are great!

This supply house customer service is terrible, first they don't have stock parts. If you need something needs to be transferred from the hillside warehouse or you have to pick up at that location. The second is that the previous day I called to order with Joe. Joe said it will come in the next day between 11-12pm called in to find out if the part can be picked up, kent pick up the phone to say that the part was not ordered. I don't recommend this place to buy parts

This has to be one of the worst supply houses I have gone to in my 7 years of HVAC work. I had to return a furnace 4 times due to damage and wrong equipment being provided. I also had to return an uncased coil 3 times. The complete lack of documentation provided was ridiculous and now their billing department can't even figure out there was a 5000 charge to my card and says I owed 2300. Then when I pointed out the charge some how I still owe 274 dollars. They have been asked 4 times to provide an itemized list of all credits and debits. Never come here! I'll never but anything from here again. I also filed a BBB complaint to stop all contact.

Staff has no customer service skill set, I would much rather go to johnstone supply in Naperville and pay the extra 10-15% more than come to this supply house for any trane or American standard parts
