Municipal Services Center Parking Facility

2 hour minimum I only need up to an hour. And the cost is outrageous! I did not park here. I would use all my earnings for a half hour dropin to park! Downtown St. Petersburg is a parking nightmare for this very reason.

Parking NOT handicap/wheelchair complaint. Elevator to ground floor goes through a federal building but you can’t get back into the garage to get your car without having to use stairs. That is not handicap complaint and should not be legal, especially in a government parking lot.

Conveniently located downtown right across the street from the Truist building. The first hour of parking is free and after that it's only $1 per hour. They close at 5 pm so make sure to grab your car beforehand.

I like using this parking center as it is right across my Keller Williams office and they have first hour free. It is one of the cheapest parking options as the free parking spots tend to get filled pretty fast.

Cheap parking but must arrive early. Spots fill up fast.
