Munie Leisure Center

We love our Munie Pool! Best pool company around! They started on our liner pool in Troy, Illinois on March 26 and finished by the first week in May. We have a gas heater so we’ve been enjoying our pool for 6 weeks now! It’s beautiful and we have absolutely no complaints! The owners and employees are good family people, are honest and will take care of you. They respond in a timely manner and are competitively priced! 5 stars all the way! Victoria Voumard

DENIED SERVICE As a 30-year Air Force retired officer, in my humble opinion I would not recommend Munie Leisure pool store. On 9-3-2025 I called Munie Leisure pool store to schedule an appointment to have my swimming pool closed and left a message. My call was returned by “Julie”, and I was informed that I was placed on a “no service list” by the store owner “Steve”, so she could not schedule me for a pool closure thus risking damage to my swimming pool during the winter months ahead even though they opened it spring of 2025. I was genuinely shocked and hurt by this information and because I have never heard of a business having a “no service list” nor have I ever been denied service from a business as a 30-year Retired US Air Force Captain (Active Duty/Reserves) and a retired RN (Federal

We purchased an in ground pool from Munie almost 15 years ago. Their customer service has always been great! My husband recently passed and I had no clue what to do with the pool. Even though it was their busiest time of the year, they fit me in for weekly maintenance and even came twice in one week!! If you are looking for a pool or anything else they offer, look no further. Service is top notch and staff are wonderful 👍

We had Munie install a pool and hot tub 2 years ago. It has been a rough experience. Pool ownership is not for the faint of heart. Equipment often breaks. Hot tub and pool have been a money pit and they made several mistakes when installing the pool. Hot tub masonry fell apart and came loose after 1 year, didn’t follow our specifications, and even final grading of the yard was subpar. We would not use them again.

We purchased our Jacuzzi hot tub at Munie. Chris was a pleasure to work with, and their support staff have been extremely helpful.
