My husband and I thought Joe provided amazing service and amazing prices. We had to get a whole new system installed and Joe was very timely with it (which was appreciated since we didn't have hot water!) and more affordable than other quotes we had received. There were a few hiccups (mainly with our piping that was already there) and Joe came back each time to help us and was patient and kind. Even on the weekend! I'd recommend Joe to anyone moving forward that needed HVAC or plumbing services. I know we've definitely saved his number.

Joe is the real deal. Our water heater was on its last leg and Joe came with his son. The easiest thing would have been to tell us it needed to be replaced but Joe spent several hours trying to fix it including buying a part. Well, it didn’t work so he replaced it. Didn’t charge us for the part or extra time. Fair and honest and focused on doing what was best for us. Highly recommend him.

A friend of mine recommended Mr. Munson to replace my old furnace. After comparing estimates, we decided to have Munson Plumbing do the job. They were professional, on time, quoted us with reasonable pricing, cleaned up the job site after completion of the project, and maintained good communication with us. Although I have not yet used the heating since the installation (since it is August), I definitely noticed a change in hot water: It's better. I recommended Munson Plumbing to everyone. I waited for two weeks for this plumber to do a simple plumbing inspection, then I was told he is sick, to find someone else. Bad business, especially if you have a timeline to have service completed. I do not recommend.
