I asked for help troubleshooting my cameras because they stopped working last week. Instead of a simple call over the phone or using remote access, they wanted to bring a tech out to solve the problem. $95 to arrive and $150 per hour. I paid these guys about 15k to 16k to do this job. When i asked if we can do remote access like i've done before with them they told me to contact the manufacture for help. No matter what you spend, after the job is done they can careless about the client unless your putting more money in their pockets. I called Axis directly and got the problem solved within a hour. Just saved $250 +. If your looking for quality customer service, Don't Shop Here
