Nick Harrington and his assistant Jose did an excellent job of replacing our hot water tank. They were very careful and respectful of our home and it was clear that they take pride in their work. The final installation is a piece of art!

Max in addition to the entire office team did an exceptional job. When I called during this difficult power outage time the office promptly answered the phones and scheduled me in quickly. Max arrived on time, addressed the issue, made some suggestions on how we can be more protected from the unexpected freeze in the future. As a long term customer of Murphy’s it’s nice to know they will stick by me during the tough times. Thank you to BOTH the office and service teams!. Highly recommend.

Murphys is amazing! They have always come the day of the call and make it pleasant experience. Additionally they are reasonable and don’t try to “sell” anything extra. Steve checked on all the aspects of the aftermath of an irrigation line break for me and was very helpful in making sure the water was off, everything was fixed, and nothing was leaking. He also explained step-by-step what the construction/irrigation folks were supposed to do - which will help me have an informed conversation with them. And he was very helpful in checking the water that seeped into the basement -- and let me know how to handle it (he even adjusted our dehumidifier to help clear it). The emergency visit cost $400.

he plumber who serviced the job simply diognoised the problem without ever takig anything apart. Consiquently it cost me to order another cartige. Upon the plumber's return he did take out the cartage only to discover a missing rubber casket. By some odd coincidence the gascet was just sitting on top. All he needed to do, had he'd been conscientious, was to pull out the cartige in the first place which took all of 20 mins to see what he eventually discovered. I was charged an intial fee of $199 for the first visit and then an additional $336 for the second, totalling $535 for a 20 min fix.
