I’ve been a customer of Murray Lawn & Landscape for many seasons, and they are always prompt, friendly, and do a wonderful job. My yard has looked its best since they took over!
Called for a quote on a small residential job VERY near Cole's Lawn Care. After a few calls over 2 weeks, I finally got a call back and they agreed to drive by the location and call me with a quote. Never heard back from them. Called a few more times since the proximity was so close and I thought they would appreciate the easy money but never heard back......ever. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. UPDATE: In response to owner's reply below. With all due respect, the owner's response is not honest. It 100% happened. Just because they rebranded and changed the name to Murray Lawn and Landscape does not mean it isn't the same company. I hope the owner realizes I can easily provide a call log to prove my calls, can they provide one showing the return calls? No, they can't. The owner's reply below sho
