The install was clean, organized, and professional. The unit is mounted securely, the piping looks great, and everything was tested and verified before they left. The difference is immediate. Outstanding service! We recently retired and moved to Boerne. We wanted to ensure that our reverse osmosis system and water softener were maintained and working properly. We called Murray Service Company and Josh came out and ensured that everything was working correctly. We will be using them going forward for all of our maintenance issues.

Our experience with Murray Service Company has been good. We were experiencing a problem with a new water heater and Murray service responded to the manufacturers request right away and they have kept up with us while we were awaiting parts from the manufacturer. The service man Josh who came to install the parts was very capable and took the time to explain everything that he was doing and was very pleasant to have in our home. Murray Service Company made it happen, and it freed up a ton of room inside, which my wife absolutely loves. The performance has been a complete game changer. We get hot water all day and night and we never run out. I used to have to jump in the shower really quick in the morning before my wife got in there, and she takes about an hour and a half, so you can imagine how that went. Now it does not matter.
