Got great parts and advice! Gary was extremely helpful and I was able to solve the problem myself thanks to his detailed instructions. Highly recommend this store for DIYers and professionals alike.

From being on the phone to in person in the shop, the customer service is excellent! I'm not a plumber and was sent with a picture of the part that I needed. Gary looked at the picture, went into the stacks and came out with exactly what I needed. Thank you Gary! Thank you Murray Supply for having all the parts!!!!!!!!

I called ahead to make sure they had what I needed, they said yes. I showed up and they said they didn’t have it and wouldn’t even go and check. Called me “sweetie” and treated me like I was dumb. It was frustrating and humiliating.

Never shop at this small company anymore, the peoples working there so f rude and no knowledge, everyone looks like kraken, be carefully when you shop there, they NOT ALLOW people return items and snatch people money. Everything so expensive.

Super nice guys, helped me jury rig a replacement for a custom fitting that had broken. Go here before Home Depot.
