I didn’t end up using Muscle Men Movers for this particular move, but I still wanted to leave a review because my experience with Kimberli was genuinely excellent! She was incredibly pleasant to work with, extremely knowledgeable, and very thorough in putting together my estimate. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and was very flexible and accommodating throughout the process. I never felt rushed or pressured, which I really appreciated. Even though my plans changed, this interaction alone made a strong impression! I will absolutely be contacting Kimberli for any future moves and will confidently recommend her and Muscle Men Movers to others. Great customer service from start to finish!
