Very Disrespectful Business Practices I have been purchasing from this cabinet manufacturer for a long time. Last week, I came in for a custom project that did not require cabinets—I only needed 5 piece of light rail molding. The owner (the lady sitting inside the office) told the front desk employee not to sell to me because I wasn’t buying cabinets. She said she could only sell me “2” molding pieces and refused to sell five pieces. I was told I could maybe get three more pieces when the next container arrives. When I asked when the next shipment would be, she said in three months. So according to them, I’m supposed to wait three months just to buy three pieces of molding.
