Excellent parking. Got in an hour or two before going to an event. Seemed like plenty of parking there, but my friend came a little later and it was already full.

If there was the option of 0 stars this would be my first!! Initially I thought it was only us.. but I clearly see a pattern here! We payed the unreasonable price of 24 dollars for 3 hours the machine took our ticket and was never returned.. we pushed all buttons tried to get help from the people around us.. no result at all! Once we reached the exit they said we had to press the call button on the machine(we had of course, we pressed every button!) The very unwelcoming lady said she had no proof of payment, couldn't check the system and that the payment information would be available in the system in 1 years time! Unbelievable! Been to the park hundreds of times and this was the first time we decided to use the garage instead of finding street parking, big mistake. I will never park in this garage again. When we finished walking around the botanical gardens and headed back to the garage there was a solid line of cars filling the entire garage and two huge lines of people trying to pay their tickets at two 20th century vending machines. We waited so long in line that it added an hour to our parking time. It’s baffling to me that there are driverless cars roaming all around San Francisco and yet we are still waiting in line to make an electronic transaction from an ancient vending machine … and then waiting in another line to exit the garage because a person is collecting those tickets at the exit - mind boggling.

I used this on Saturday. As other review said, the parking was relatively vacant early in the morning. Pictures were taken around 9:30am. Payment method is basic style. You recive a ticket at the entrance and pay at a prepaid machine before you go.
