BATHROOM REMODEL DISASTER! POOR WORKMANSHIP, INAPPROPRIATE TEXT MESSAGES AND 2:00 A.M. PHONE CALLS, ENDLESS CODE VIOLATIONS! Toilet installed incorrectly, sink installed incorrectly with no trap, wrong size trap installed in shower. Joe's vinyl flooring showers are not waterproof, only temporary! Drain pipes were installed incorrectly. Used fireproof wallboard instead of water resistant. Installed electrical junction box underneath the toilet, serious code violation! The day after my bathroom was finished (The pictures below are what he considers ready to paint)... I woke up to water pouring through my kitchen ceiling! While screwing in wallboard Joe screwed through a pipe. My kitchen ceiling had to be torn down! Hallway wall had to be torn down! Everything he did will need completely gutt

All my drainage pipes were broken. Joe came out early Monday morning and started non stop until we discovered my septic tank was overflowing. We sat down together and called every septic tank place we could find until we found one that could come out that day. This absolutely put us a half day away with the excavater. He worked into the night and started again at 7 am. Excellent service. My yard is smooth, he planted grass. He wasn't asking top dollar.

So we are in the process of cleaning up our property, including the removal of an old hot tub. I called about the removal of the old plumbing and he was able to come out the day of. A quick inspection and he got right to work. The job was completed quickly and efficiently and he was as professional as could be. Unfortunately we didn't realize that old plumbing also controlled hot water access to half our house. A quick call and he turned around and came right back to help. Once everything was fixed up, he even identified an old inefficiency in our hot water line. Now the hot water runs almost immediately out of those faucets. Joe did more than expected, great prices, great service and took pride in all of the work he did. I highly recommend! I had no issues with any cost and he gave us all our receipts for anything he bought with a gift card. Also he came over, no charge to look at the pump he put in months ago and it turned out just to be a clogged drain, nothing he did wrong. Also to all the posts about a background check, everybody has a past doesn't mean he can't do a job. My husband works in law enforcement and we had no problem with him at all, he will be doing our kitchen for us soon.

Joe was the only plumber out of ten or more who agreed to help me when raw sewage was coming up all drains! He was both professional and personal to our situation! He knew exactly what the problem was to get our system up and running. Even after he realized that our insulation was covered in raw sewage he came up with a fix without hesitation!
