We have used Must Air to service our A/C every 6-8 months for years now. They are always professional and competent. Special shout out to Al Capone (yes, his real name) who was the technician that came to my house yesterday. He was kind, professional, and efficient. He is a real asset to Must Air!

Wow! Just wow! I honestly can’t say enough good things about Must Air USA, Roi, and their entire team, especially the installers. From the very first interaction by phone, to the convos by email, the installation process, and follow-up after, they have been nothing but outstanding, communicative, and professional. We wanted to install an Energy recovery ventilation system (ERV) to circulate fresh air from outside into our home to improve our air quality, and there was virtually no company in south Florida that can do this. When we found Must Air, not only did they have a page on their site about it, they install these frequently and they even have them installed in their own homes! Talk about a perfect match!! Came across this company as a referral from their sister company. I needed a Mini-Split A/C system installed in a small apartment. The representatives on the phone was very helpful and polite, the technician was also punctual, helpful, and communicative. The workmanship was a bit messy but after a quick phone call with the company they sent a new technician out within one hour who handled and took care of my concern.

First off, Must Air is definitely a highly recommended company through south Fl. When I read the mixed reviews, I was skeptical but they blew my expectations tremendously. Kenya is the very first person I spoke to, and from the first conversation she gave me reassurance, and more information than any other company has given when I was calling around, she is very soft spoken but I can tell she cares about the customers concerns and experience. I spoke to Maya the day of my service and her timing was impeccable. Billing was inexpensive, and quick to collect but that was expected because you get what you pay for. Despite anything, I can tell that the techs are knowledgeable and everyone is so mellow and easy to talk to. 10/10 I am very pleased with this company, and will refer others as well.
