Staff here provide good service, they know their products very well, and are free in sharing helpful knowledge. We took a number of samples home and there was no pressure or time limit to return the samples. Our order was delivered promptly as promised, and the delivery driver from this company was courteous and dropped the materials at our specified spot very quickly. A great experience and we’ll be a regular customer.

Absolute joke! Charged my CC 6 weeks ago. Said it would take 2 weeks for special order...6 weeks later and several phone calls my caps were sold to someone else even though no one in coorporate can find the order. Jeff is worthless and no one at this co. Cares! Negative 5 stars!

20% of delivered product usually comes broken or cracked, driver dropped delivery on street without asking where to put it so we spent a day moving off the road. Recently a customer ordered one pallet extra so I called their office to ask if they pick up returns and they said they do. When they called to schedule pick up customer was told they dont do that so now we are stuck buying a pallet of product we don't use or want
