Jodie Hicks, sales representative was exceptional! I came in store 1 hour before closing. She helped me to find stones for my fireplace. I was overwhelmed with many choices. She helped me to make choice, asking about my style and what I want, kindly giving helpful information. She explained all details, she advised what I need to buy for whole project and did all calculations for me even it was already after hours, but she made me feel comfortable and confident. Thank you Jodie so much for your care for customers! I will recommend this store for others!

We shopped here for capstones for a retaining wall. The ladies who helped us were awesome! We took a tour to play with rocks and got some great advice. When we had a snafu they simply fixed it with a smile.. Ahhhh sweet balm for a jaded soul! Thank you!

Great products. Terrible customer service. Know what you want. Don't expect any support or assistance from this company. Call and ask any questions u are put on hold or sent to someone voicmail who won't bother calling you back. Customer service here has gone straight to hell in a basket and it's depressing. Do your homework and don't ask about the products because you will receive exactly squat from employees here. Unfortunately this has been my experience lately.

Called office right before I got here for drop off and they said I got till 3:15 and pulled in driveway at 3:13. The guy in the forklift was extremely rude and threatened to not unload me. I told him what the office said and he demanded to know who told me 3:15 and proceeded to tell me that the cutoff is 3. Not sure what was going on besides the rudeness seemed unnecessary
