MV35 Concrete LLC

Had them pour a cabin foundation slab. They encased a shower drain in concrete accidentally and didn’t own up to it, costing thousands to repair. Additionally, the foundation was not level, smooth, or finished properly. Have had two other concrete contractors work on the property since and both have commented on the poor workmanship. Bottom line: The worst in Cochise county, hands down. Zero pride in work. Do not use them!

Do not use this company. We had our porch extended and he poured the concrete for us. The concrete has rugged edges and is crooked. We have tried to contact several times to ask that he come out and fix but he just gave us the run around. Now we will have to pay someone else to fix.

Manny at MV35 Concrete responded quickly to our request for a patio pour. He came out right away, we agreed on the cost and he put us on his schedule. We thought it would be awhile but a slot opened up and he pour the patio within a couple of days! We are so pleased with the workmanship too. It looks awesome! And another good thing is they cleaned up the site completely before they left. We would definitely use them again.

I needed a 20X25' pad for a garage I'm building. MV35 Concrete (Manny) was very responsive with a bid and didn't seem to mind redoing it a few times until I was sure what I wanted. They came out, set up and had the work done within a week of me pulling the trigger on the job. Helped me get building permit and had a good relationship with inspector. No surprises.
