Upfront Pat managed the quotation process, and found the right balance of being able to lock in many things that we needed or were required, while also providing options and 'what ifs' for us to choose from as we went, or due to the variability of a project this size. They were there every day when they stated they would be, and if anything different than expected came up, Pat and Nick were quick to give a call and have a chat to figure out the best course of action together and transparently. I have had the pleasure of using this company multiple times and each time they deliver wonderful service. They oversaw my attic bump out and years later replaced safety railings for my home.
