I've had the pleasure of working with Denise and Geoffrey on various projects for over 6 years now, and they are truly the best! The whole team at MW3 is wonderful and always willing to help. From large tenant improvement projects to smaller build outs, they can do it all. MW3 is very reliable and meticulous in their work; they treat each project as their own taking great care in the building and communicating effectively. When they are on site we receive no complaints because they are very respectful of tenants and the property. Their bids are very competitive; I highly recommend them!

MW3 is among my favorite GCs I get to work with as an owner's rep. What I like most is their communication. It is frequent, consistent, I can easy to get a hold of them, and they come with solutions. MW3 is easy to talk to and a wealth of knowledge. They take tons of photos and document everything making my job easy. I find them to be positive and thoughtful about their approach. Anytime an issue arises, they take care of it immediately. I can truly trust they will follow through when they say they will do something.
