Bro installed locks in March, I was not there to see anything, because it's my 2nd home.i arrived in July I opened the door, I couldn't get my key out. Bro came out, & demanded another payment, I thought he would fix his mess as a common curtesy, bro was all about money, not quality or service, I'm also permanently disabled. Bro took off, left the key in a worse situation, where the key was no longer able to turn, bro jammed the lock, perhaps it was on purpose, because I refused to pay. Originally I was charged a hefty price. The other reviews who gave bro one star are 100% correct. STAY AWAY

After moving into my new home, I wanted to replace the old tarnished front door locks and get the rest of my locks rekeyed, so I reached out to MX by family recommendation. The guy who came out to my home was super nice and got the job done quick. During the rekey, I had him install the new front door locks I purchased myself, which ended up looking awesome. Thank you for the service!

Called to have a bedroom door unlocked 4:40Pm. Said they could be at my house around 5:45-6pm. That rolls around... they don’t show. I try to call. Left a voicemail and try to call again. They never returned my call. I ended up going with a different company. Thanks for nothing.

Service as service, nothing special, skill of technician is doubtful. Repair over facetime is awesome. Price is too high and unfounded. In general don’t recommend if u don’t want ur money to be stolen. #I230828268
