My Cabinet Factory was amazing. They were professional, accommodating and welcomed us like family. They walked us through the process and showed us the different levels of craftsmanship we could select from. We challenged them on the stain color and they produced a number of samples until we were 100% happy. They were wonderful to work with and communicated with us through the entire process. Their design team and installation team were very professional and everything went very smooth on installation day. Their design team reworked the design a number of times until we got everything in the right place. I highly recommend Mycabinetfactory for any of your cabinet needs.

We thought we were getting custom cabinets. Although the cabinets are nice the fit and finish isn’t what it should be. The island they made is off a 1/4 inch from one end to the other. The cabinet above the refrigerator is a 1/2 difference. The installation just didn’t seem very good for what was supposed to be high end cabinets. Customer service and communication sucks. My wife tried calling and emailing along with texting about our problems but we still haven’t gotten a response. I’m really disappointed in them, especially since I was the one who recommended them to my wife.

The team at My Cabinet factory is awesome! They took my vision for new built in desks and made it a beautiful masterpiece. Every step of the process was top notch, professional and always as promised. Their cabinets are constructed about of top notch materials and were a perfect fit in my existing space. This is the only cabinet company I will use in the future! Thank you!!

So glad I found My Cabinet Factory for our kitchen renovation. They worked with us patiently to get every detail perfect from planning stages to complete installation. They were a pleasure to work with, and our cabinets are beautiful. Tip: No matter who you choose to do your cabinets, observe installation and make corrections as it’s done. Makes things easier for everyone in the end. MCF had to come back and make a correction I didn’t catch but they did it quickly and with a smile.

Horrible customer service. Doesn't answer the phone or response to emails. Never got back to us with a quote just emailed asking if we were ready to purchase. I can't imagine how bad they would be to work with.
