My exterminator is the best company in northern Virginia. I've been using my exterminator for 3 years now and i've never been disappointed they have been very considerate and would come sooner if I need them I highly recommend my exterminator and Benji it's so kind and very efficient

We used other exterminators but My Exterminator was the best price for excellent quality. We hired them because of large rats gathering under the bird feeders. My Exterminator got rid of the rats, using a product that was safe for our dogs. Three years ago, I told their technician, Corey Wright, about a scary invasion of spiders in the backyard and garage. He went on a mission to get rid of them and provided me a detailed report. They started to come back last year and once again he successfully got rid of them. This year I told Corey about bug activity on the side of the house and he found a large ant colony under the bushes and wasp nests in the ground. He took care of it that day. We called My Exterminator with high hopes after reading their positive Google and Yelp reviews (which are all 3+ years old!). Three treatments and $1200 later, our bedbug problem was not just unaffected, but actively MADE WORSE by the technicians utter incompetency and lack of care. I'm writing this review to spare others the expense, pain, itching, and emotional drain of dealing with this totally incompetent and untrustworthy company. MyExterminator, AKA Enviro-Tech Pest Services portrayed themselves as experienced bedbug professionals who assured us their treatment would easily take care of our bedbug problem. After forking over $1200 for a 2-spray treatment, we were greeted by Chris the technician, who immediately dispelled any illusions we had about MyExterminator's professionalism. H

We've been using My Exterminator for many years for both home, mosquito control and office. All the technicians are friendly, clean cut, well mannered, trustworthy and non judgmental. They make you feel at ease, no matter how difficult your situation is. They are at the top of my short list of absolute favorite local companies!
