Bob was great to work with. I had met him before when he worked at a competitor whom I used to get service from,(and whom he used to work with ) and he remembered me and my house. We reconnected quickly. He gave me great service and worked with me on pricing as a new customer. Glad to have his high caliber expertise again.

David is THE guy! We won a free system inspection through a raffle (yes please!) however it still felt like a very thorough inspection with several worthwhile recommendations to consider. David was very well versed and knowledgeable about the system! Highly recommended!

They took the time to explain everything they were doing in a clear and thorough way, making sure I understood what to expect. Their attention to detail really stood out — they even took my garbage out after adding only a small amount to it, which was such a kind and unexpected gesture! My Guy Heating and Air did a fantastic job. Park, Ivan, and Carlos were very polite, courteous, detailed and professional. They made it a point to not track in mud and snow when they needed to work in the house after being in the crawl space. When the system was in they took the time I needed to learn how to use the new system even though it was late. I was given paperwork with instructions and warranties. Park was very informative and made sure I understood that I could call if I needed anymore instuction or had questions.
