I recently had Raz and Jordan out from My Kelly’s AC for a seasonal AC and heating maintenance check due to some concerns with possible system issues and the service was truly outstanding! To start, I especially appreciated that Raz and Jordan both wore shoe covers the entire time- removing when needed and immediately reapplying to protect my floors. They treated my home with genuine respect and professionalism from the moment they stepped inside to the time they left. Instead of a quick 'in and out,' they spent a significant amount of time performing a very thorough inspection.
