My Plumber

The job originally took 2-3 hours and cost nearly $1000. There wasn’t much for materials but it required crawling under the house and that wasn’t fun for the plumber- so he charged a HUGE bill. The work solved a small leak, but ultimately did not solve the real problem. He did come back once to clear the clogged line and gave me a small discount after I complained. The bottom line- cost nearly $1000 and the problem isn’t solved with that line. I work with dozens and dozens of contractors professionally and with my private rentals . I would hesitate to use these guys again without some serious up front expectation setting and a written agreement on scope and cost estimate.

If I could give a Negative Zero I would. Totally took advantage of my elderly friend. She had a toilet that kept running and he came out and said she needed a new toilet And water heater. She said No, just fix the toilet. A couple days later she finds the bathroom flooded. Sent his son to Replace the Toilet & Water Heater the next day. Cost $2600.. no receipt. Called for the individual prices for each and was told he had no idea since they use many brands. Weeks later she is still trying to get and itemized receipt. My friends deceased husband used to handle everything and its shameful for a company to take advantage of the elderly!

Fast, tidy, reasonable. John did an amazing job in a very tight and awkward location.
